Ad-hoc support
Requests with quick turnaround time will be considered as Ad-hoc requests. Client can pre-book capacity with us for this kind of requests. Turnaround time for unbooked jobs will be confirmed by us. MBV always gives importance for client’s urgency, and fulfills it by working overtime or deploying more resources. That is why clients prefer MBV as their first choice for their outsourcing requirements

Dedicated support
Client can book a resource/FTE for a specific period say 3 months, 6 months or
12 months based on their need. Under this category, a hired resource will work for 8 hours (including 1 hour break) per day and 5 working days in a week. Client can choose any 8 hours between 6.00 - 22.00 hrs IST (2.30 AM CET - 5.30 PM CET).

Compared to ad-hoc support, client can still minimise the cost for outsourcing their projects by choosing long-term contract e.g. by opting 1 year contract client can minimize the hourly charge to 8.4 euro instead of 14
Graphical services
Template Designing: Euro 100 (3 different templates will be designed based on client inputs, website sources and other information)
Poster/banner/brochure designing: Starts with Euro 100 and will be fixed based on the complex of the work
Photo retouching and Enhancement: 10 Euro Per hour
Excel programming: Starts with 200 Euros and varies depends on the complexity of the project
